The Life Center is an independent non-profit organization that operates in the east end of the education wing at First Christian Church.
The Life Center helps mentally and/or physically impaired adults to maintain or improve their level of functioning in order to remain in the community. Adult day services are provided in a protective group setting.
The services provided are based on individual needs and interests. These services may include:

Life Center staff includes the Director, Program Coordinator, Health Services Coordinator, Recreation Therapists, Physical Therapists, Certified Program Assistants, Registered Nurse, and a Licensed Dietician.
The Life Center operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Participants may come on a regular schedule for all or any part of a day or week or on a drop-in basis.
A daily or hourly fee applies, which is based on a sliding scale and ability to pay.
The Life Center is licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Health and is directed by a board of local, concerned citizens. Funding sources include Eldercare, Stillwater United Way, the Department of Human Services, participant fees, and donations. Facilities for operation are provided by First Christian Church.
